Blundell Street
FunnyBoyz drag cabaret supper club and dance floor on Blundell Street, open Friday to Sunday.
About this venue
Blundell Street is a cabaret restaurant and entertainment venue at 63-65 Blundell Street in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle, a short walk from the M&S Bank Arena and the Royal Albert Dock. It is run by FunnyBoyz and combines a supper club with a dance floor and stage.
The programme runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and is built on tribute shows and drag cabaret: named artist tributes on Friday and Saturday nights, a Saturday Night Cabaret Show, Freaky Fridays, bottomless brunch with bingo on Saturday afternoons, and a Soulful Sunday roast hosted by drag queens. Events are ticketed individually through the venue's own calendar, and drinks packages are sold alongside them. The venue is closed Monday to Thursday.
The room is also let privately, and the operator describes it as a function room for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate meetings, conferences, sportsman's evenings and charity events, with in-house catering from buffets up to full wedding menus, a stage, a dance floor and a house sound system. Guests in wheelchairs are welcomed and a carer accompanying a full-price ticket holder goes free. No capacity figure is published anywhere on the operator's site, so no bookable space is listed here.
