Mocka Lounge is a cocktail bar and late-night club at 1-2 Mill Lane in central Cardiff. It runs several distinct areas: the Penthouse upstairs, where DJs and a saxophonist play, an upstairs club and bar open from 10pm to 4am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 1Below, a private lounge in the basement used for intimate and corporate hire.
The bar opens from late afternoon through the week and from midday at weekends, and runs regular themed nights and bottomless brunches. A Korean restaurant, Namsan at Mocka Lounge, operates within the same premises.

Tagvenue's listing for the room, filed under Mocka Lounge, gives "Up to 80 standing" and "Up to 38 seats" (dining). Mocka Lounge's own site describes 1Below as a private members VIP lounge but publishes no figure.
