About this venue

The Parkbühne is an open-air stage in Clara-Zetkin-Park, the large park just south-west of Leipzig's city centre. Built in the 1960s, it is now one of the region's large open-air park stages and has hosted Van Morrison, BB King and Billy Idol. Its setting gives an unusually close feel between audience and artist for a stage of its size. The summer season mixes German rock and pop with international touring acts.
