Soundcheck Rock and Metal Bar is an alternative music bar and restaurant at 40 Marine Parade on Worthing seafront, opened in March 2025. It programmes live bands, acoustic sets, themed nights, trivia and a weekly Rockaoke, and serves a full food menu alongside the bar.
