Feature upgrade: ‘Shift Market’ now included in Crescat’s Shift Planning Feature
We are thrilled to announce a significant upgrade to our Shift Planning feature for Event and Venue customers - Shift Market. Inspired by the crew and volunteer coordination available on our Festival product, this Shift Market upgrade reduces administrative workload for Event and Venue users and allows them to give more control to their staff.
Organization admins can mark shifts for sale and staff members can request them in just a few clicks. This saves time going back and forth filling rotas based on staff availability. Instead, simply empower your staff to request the shifts they can work.
With Shift Market, admins can:
- Mark individual and groups of shifts for sale.
- Set shifts for sale as default for specific shift types.
- Set expected weekly workload for staff members.
- Receive notifications when a shift is requested.
- Review and accept or decline shift requests.
While staff members can:
- See what shifts are available to request from their personal dashboard.
- Request shifts and add comments to their requests.
- Leave shifts if they are no longer available.
