RESOLVED: Limited outages in Crescat due to AWS Server Outage

All previous issues in Crescat caused by the ongoing Amazon Web Services outage are now resolved and no longer causing problems. Thank you for your patience.

The following issues are now RESOLVED and no longer causing problems.

  • Not currently possible to send SMS from Crescat. It is still possible to send email communication from Crescat instead. Any attempted SMS will be auto-sent as email.
  • Not currently possible to view documents in Crescat. Download and upload of documents remains unaffected.
  • Not currently possible to use Automatic flight lookup in Performances.

We are aware of issues in Crescat due to the ongoing Amazon Web Services outage. 

Currently, the outage is limited to the following issues in Crescat:

  • Not currently possible to send SMS from Crescat. It is still possible to send email communication from Crescat instead. Any attempted SMS will be auto-sent as email.

We are investigating continuously for any other issues caused by the Amazon Web Services outage. Otherwise, Crescat remains functional and unaffected.
