The Big Feastival are working to make the event as accessible as possible but as it is an outdoor event in fields that could pose problems for mobility. Free tickets will be provided for carers and personal assistants for standard adult ticket holders with physical and mental difficulties. For those with child and teen tickets, a free carer or personal assistant ticket shall also be provided free of charge, but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder. Accessible tickets include: • Accessible toilets, showers and water points on the campsite • Accessible toilets in the Main Arena • Raised viewing area in the Main Arena • Accessible parking (Free parking included with any Accessible ticket purchased, please have your blue badge on display) • Dedicated stewards to help with difficulties that may arise over the weekend. To see the availability of Accessible Tickets that can be purchased online check the appropriate 'Type' from the list (free companion must be added at tjhe time of booking, along with the Accessible paid ticket). •By purchasing an accessible ticket, you confirm you or a member of your party require this position. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event - you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found. Tickets can be purchased online.
