The Victoria Arms is a community pub at 154 Northgate on the Hartlepool Headland. It opened in 1960 as the Brunswick Hotel and was later renamed. CAMRA's Cleveland branch describes it as offering outside seating, food, pool and darts, plus a large function room with a popular Friday-night karaoke, and lists live music and a function room among its facilities. It opens daily from 11:00 to 23:00, with food at lunchtime. Real ale is not currently served.
