About this venue
Lock 91 is a three-storey bar and event space in a restored 19th-century lock keeper's cottage at the corner of Deansgate Locks, taking its name from the adjacent lock on the Rochdale Canal. Original features across its rooms — including church pews, leather sofas and an Attic & Study ballroom — sit alongside a canal-side terrace, with a regular programme spanning salsa classes, drag cabaret, live music, poetry nights and quiz evenings, plus private hire for parties of up to 300.
